Implementation outcomes

The aim of xFLOWer BPM implementation projects is to provide a complete, custom solution for all your organization’s BPM needs. During the implementation projects, processes are modelled and implemented in xFLOWer, integrations are made, and even document management can be digitized. Requests, approvals, tasks, documents – including emails and any other document types – are included in the processes, while decision, document and task automation is applied wherever possible and sensible.

Integrations

As xFLOWer integrates seamlessly into any current IT environment, it also enables connection among multiple enterprise IT systems, acting as a middleware solution. Furthermore, as M2M connections are also managed through business process models, it is possible to include various data transformation or other automation when connecting systems. A good example for this could be a retail company, where product data comes from a number of digital sources. This heterogeneous data amount must be converted into an actual product label, which is performed through strictly regulated, complex business processes. After the conversion is done, multiple data types from different data sources are unified into one single document with minimum human interaction.

Such solutions are created individually through implementation projects.

Process analysis

Implementation projects are in most cases preceded by a thorough process analysis. At this point, processes for automation are chosen, processes are modelled and technical details are specified. Therefore the results of the implementation project will reflect the actual daily operations as defined in given processes.

Visual Workflow Editor

In some cases, process modelling is done by our clients in-house. Since xFLOWer includes a Visual Workflow Editor tool, it is always possible for administrators to modify business processes, as required by changes in the business environment. Once a process is saved in the Editor, it is able to run immediately, enabling fast process modification and implementation.
