In case there are RPA agents – robots – already in use at the company, it may happen that not all their availability is harnessed. That is, UiPath robots are able to perform as many different tasks as needed – the only limit is the schedule, viz. the time available to complete tasks. In case the schedule is overloaded, more robots are needed, but in case there is spare time according to the schedule, or indicated by measurement, these same robots can be used for automating different tasks too. In such cases we are ready to implement new processes and automations, or anything else needed, without the pressure to buy additional licenses.
In case licenses were purchased directly from UiPath, we also offer our implementation and support services. The implementation process is similar to the instance when licenses are also bought: process analysis and deep dive, robot development, testing and refinement are all parts of implementing robots for existing licenses.
We also support such projects, therefore ensuring business continuity by maintaining automation models and procedures. We are ready to jump in if anything goes wrong with any robot from a process or automation standpoint at any time for a most reasonable yearly fee. (Software support is provided separately by UiPath)
